Privacy Policy
Please read this privacy policy carefully.
1. Data protection at a glance
General information
The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data that can be used to personally identify you.
Data collection on our website
Data processing on this website is carried out by the website operator. You can find the contact details of the data controller in the legal notice of this website or at the end of this document ("Controller").
Your data is collected in two ways:
- Data you provide to us: This refers to data you actively enter into our contact form (e.g., name, e-mail address).
- Automatically collected data: This primarily consists of technical data (e.g., internet browser, operating system, or time of page access) that is automatically recorded by our IT systems when you visit the website.
2. Infrastructure and server hosting (VPS)
We operate our website and the associated services on a virtual server (VPS) provided by an external infrastructure service provider (hosting provider). The personal data collected on this website (e.g., IP addresses, message content from the contact form, meta- and communication data) is stored on the hard drives of this server.
- Legal basis: The use of the server and the infrastructure provider is based on our legitimate interest in the secure, fast, and efficient provision of our online services through a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR). Where appropriate consent has been obtained, processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
- Data processing on our behalf: We have concluded a legally required data processing agreement (DPA) with the virtual server provider in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR. This contract ensures that the infrastructure service provider processes the data strictly in accordance with our instructions, confidentially, and in compliance with European data protection standards.
3. General mandatory information and rights of data subjects
Revocation of your consent to data processing
Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You may revoke consent you have already given at any time. An informal notification by e-mail is sufficient for this purpose. The lawfulness of data processing carried out prior to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
Right to information, rectification, and erasure
Within the scope of applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to obtain information free of charge regarding your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of the data processing, as well as the right to have this data rectified or erased.
4. Data collection via the contact form
If you send us an inquiry via the contact form, the information provided in the form, including the contact details you entered (name, e-mail address), will be stored on our server for the purpose of processing the inquiry and handling any follow-up questions.
- Legal basis: The processing of this data is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, provided your inquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of inquiries addressed to us (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).
- Storage period: The data you enter in the contact form remains on our server until you request its deletion, revoke your consent for storage, or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g., after your inquiry has been fully processed). Mandatory legal provisions—particularly statutory retention periods—remain unaffected.

Privacy Policy for Mobile Applications
This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile applications developed by Alexander Bogatyrev ("we", "us", or "our"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data of our users ("user" or "you").
1. Information We Collect and How We Use It
A. Location Data (Background Location)
Some of our applications (such as transport alert utilities) require access to your device’s location to function properly.
- Background Access: The application accesses your device's location in the background (even when the app is closed or not in use) solely to track your distance from a user-selected target area and trigger proximity alerts.
- No Tracking or Storage: Location data is processed locally on your device in real-time. We do not store, transmit, log, or share your historical location data to any external servers.
B. Audio and System State
Applications utilizing audio ducking or text-to-speech features access your device's audio focus state.
Local Processing: Audio parameters and settings are processed on-device to manage playback volume during notifications. No microphone recording or surrounding audio capture takes place.
C. Local Application Data
Information such as custom location pins, alert radiuses, pantry inventories, and meal schedules are saved locally on your device. We do not harvest or synchronize this personal data with third-party servers unless explicitly enabled by you.
2. Third-Party Services and Analytics
Our applications may use standard third-party services that may collect anonymized system information used to identify your device for functional or analytical purposes (e.g., Google Play Services, Apple App Store Services).
3. Data Retention and Security
Because we do not upload or store your personal data, location points, or custom app configurations on remote servers, your data remains strictly on your local device. Uninstalling the application will remove all locally saved app data.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our applications do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
5. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately upon posting on this page.
